Each bubble represents a political business. The higher up a bubble is, the more divided Parliament is. The further right a bubble is, the more advanced the business is in the political process. The size of the bubble reflects the importance of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Successful coope\u00adration with furrerhugi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The web appli\u00adcation “Polit\u00adVi\u00adsualiser” was developed by furrerhugi<\/a> in 2017 and has successfully established itself as a political visua\u00adli\u00adsation tool. Due to the current situation, the “Polit\u00adVi\u00adsualiser” has been expanded and presents in the version “Corona-Polit\u00adVi\u00adsualiser” the parli\u00ada\u00admentary business concerning the Corona crisis. From the very beginning Datahouse has supported furrerhugi<\/a> with data acqui\u00adsition and prepa\u00adration as well as in the technical imple\u00admen\u00adtation of the inter\u00adactive graphic and the web appli\u00adcation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data set<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We obtain the basic data via the Parli\u00ada\u00adment’s open data interface<\/a>. Via this interface, Parliament<\/a> publishes the most important data on parli\u00ada\u00admentary activities in machine-readable form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The content catego\u00adri\u00adsation and assessment as well as the summaries and research of the further course is done by furrerhugi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inter\u00adactive graphic<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The inter\u00adactive data visua\u00adli\u00adsation enables management bodies such as corporate management and association boards to obtain a quick and focused overview of the current status of relevant topics, thus facili\u00adtating the strategic control of public affairs management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core of the appli\u00adcation is an inter\u00adactive graphic developed in D3<\/a>. D3 is a JavaScript library for creating dynamic and inter\u00adactive data visua\u00adli\u00adsations, which we use for complex and individual visua\u00adli\u00adsations on the web.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
