The vision

Sens eRecycling set out to introduce a central data platform with IntelliSENS – one that seamlessly integrates information from various sources, especially ERP, HR, and financial systems. The goal was to process this data and make it accessible for both internal and external use.

At the core of the initiative was the ambition to provide management and departments with clear, meaningful dashboards while automatically updating the corporate website with current key figures. Revenue, cost, recycling volumes, and HR data were to be brought together in a consistent, secure, and scalable data model.

The challenge
